Tuition and Fee Schedule
for 2010-2011
This schedule contains a summary of
annual tuition and fees for the
2009-2010 school year. It provides
information concerning school costs,
payment plans, and financial policy.
Fees and Explanations
Registration and Enrollment Fee:
$150.00
This yearly fee is payable with
enrollment/application materials. It is
a non-refundable fee that provides
students and families with
administrative and record keeping
services throughout the school year.
Tuition:
$12,450
Three options have been made
available for tuition payment. Please
indicate on your child’s
Enrollment and Tuition Contract form which
tuition payment plan you are choosing.

Payment Plan One:
Tuition paid in full by June 1, 2010

Payment Plan Two:
3 monthly payments
of $4,185 due July 1, 2010, October
1, 2010, and January 1, 2011
(Each partial payment is charged a
$35 carrying charge).

Payment Plan Three:
12 monthly
payments of $1,072 due the first of
each month, July 2010 through June
2011. (Each partial payment is
charged a $35 carrying charge).
Book and Materials Fee:
$350.00
This yearly fee is payable with
enrollment/application fees. It is a
non-refundable fee that provides
students with all school supplies and
curricular materials needed for the
academic year.
This fee does not cover the cost of
field trips, guest speakers, special
extracurricular classes, overnight
camps, etc. as these are
organized and/or offered with student’s
participation optional.
After School Program:
$185 per
month or $98.00 for 10 visit drop-in
card.
Enrollment in the After School
Program is on a month-to-month basis and
is not included in the regular tuition.
The program fees are assessed directly
to your family’s monthly statement and
are non-refundable. After School
Program hours are from 3:30 to 5:30,
Monday through Friday.
Financial Policies
Payment Policy
Yearly tuition payments are due by
the first of June, should you
choose payment plan one. Monthly tuition
payments are due on the first of every
month, beginning July 2010, and
continuing through June, 2011.
Tuition payments may be made with a
personal check or credit card. Monthly payments not
received by the 5th of the month will
be considered late and assessed a 3%
late fee. A $35.00 fee
will be charged on all returned checks.
Refund Policy
Cancellation of the Enrollment and
Tuition Contract via a written notice
received by Tall Cedars Academy prior to
June 1, 2010 will be acknowledged and
will release the family from financial
obligation. Tall Cedars Academy
shall keep the deposit.
Cancellations in writing received by
Tall Cedars Academy after June 1, 2010
and prior to August 1, 2010 are subject
to a $3,000 cancellation fee.
Related carrying charges and interest
will apply. After August 1, 2010,
no cancellation shall be permitted, and
your family shall be fully obligated for
tuition and fees for your child for the
entire 2010-2011 academic year. In
the event that Tall Cedars Academy
determines that continued enrollment at
Tall Cedars Academy is not in the best
interest of your child, the school
reserves the right to so advise the
parent, terminate the Enrollment and
Tuition Contract and may provide a
tuition refund on a pro rata basis.

race, color, nationality, ethnic origin,
or sexual orientation in its
administration of financial policy or
admissions.
